Together, we will identify what you want to see more of from team members and how to raise their skills and awareness to get your team to the next level. For example, monthly coaching workshops centered on a tool, skill, or topic, followed by individual 1:1 coaching for team members on how they are applying their learning and what barriers they are encountering.
