About Me
Helping others become their best selves is my passion. I love to help my clients design joyful, intentional lives and generate sustainable change.

A life-long love of learning has taken me from music performance, non-profit fundraising and management, consulting and technology implementation to executive coaching and mental fitness. Along the way, what I have loved most is helping others get unstuck, find their stride, make the next leap and thrive in their life and career.

My background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, coaching certificates from Newfield Network’s Ontological Coaching program, Strozzi Institute’s Leadership in Action and the University of St. Thomas’ Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. I have studied advanced Mental Fitness with Shirzad Chamine and have a 20 year personal mindfulness practice. In addition, I hold ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me hanging out with my husband and daughter, kayaking, traveling, hiking and gardening.
